Representative Responsibilities
Investigates and analyzes existing business processes and manufacturing workflows to identify opportunities for automation
Designs, develops, and implements automated workflows, software programs, and systems to streamline operations.
Writes and executes automated tests, troubleshoots issues, and identifies bugs within software and systems
Assists in documenting automation processes, including workflow diagrams, technical specifications, and user guides.
Supports testing and validation efforts for new automation solutions to ensure functionality and reliability.
Works with end-users, clients, and other departments to understand requirements and configure necessary hardware and software.
May work with databases, analyze data, and implement tools for automated data workflows.
Participating in events and capturing meeting actions
Updating objectives and key results for projects
Other tasks as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Enrolled, or completed bachelors degree in computer science, IT, or related field
Generally entering Junior or Senior year, or have taken relevant courses in field of study
GPA: 3.0 or higher for those who are enrolled in a bachelors degree
Technical proficiency
Skills in programming languages (Python, Bower BI, etc), database management, and automation frameworks
Analyzes data and processes using standard, straightforward methods
Demonstrates ability to solve problems
Demonstrates basic written/verbal skills
Has good grasp of grammar and sentence structure for technical writing
Listens/gives constructive feedback
Good group interaction skills
Ability to follow directions and project plans
