About the role
We’re looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Executive to help grow online sales and generate qualified leads for our sales team.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager, digital team and our sales team, you’ll plan, deliver and improve digital campaigns across paid advertising, email and ecommerce. You’ll combine strong copywriting skills with a practical approach to analysing results, testing ideas and making our marketing spend work harder.
What you’ll do:
Deliver paid advertising campaigns - Research, recommend, set up, monitor and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Amazon Ads and paid social. Test keywords, audiences, creative and campaign formats to improve performance. Recommend and test new channels to ensure a strong return on investment.
Manage campaign budgets - Monitor daily and monthly spend within agreed budgets, adjust bids and allocations, and flag opportunities or performance concerns to the Marketing Manager.
Improve landing pages. Work with the web and marketing teams to create relevant campaign landing pages, strengthen calls to action and improve conversion rates.
Create search-focused content. Research customer questions and high-intent search topics, then write and optimise useful website content that supports product discovery and online sales. Explore approaches to answer engine optimisation where relevant.
Support Amazon sales growth. Help improve product listings and A content, optimise sponsored advertising, and coordinate promotions around key sales periods.
Deliver email campaigns and automation. Build, test and schedule promotional and lifecycle emails, including welcome and re-engagement journeys. Write engaging subject lines, copy and calls to action.
Measure and report results. Use analytics and advertising platforms to track sales, conversions, lead generation and return on advertising spend. Turn the findings into clear reports and practical recommendations.
Collaborate across teams. Work with sales colleagues to improve lead quality and follow-up, and help the wider marketing team maintain accurate, consistent messaging.
What you’ll bring:

- Experience using Google Analytics or a comparable analytics platform.
- Strong written UK English, with careful proofreading and attention to detail.
- Good organisational skills, including the ability to manage several campaigns and deadlines.

Desirable
- Experience with Microsoft Advertising or paid social.
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Ads or A content.
