Position Summa

ryThe Sales Manager will lead ETI’s regional sales strategy, with a focus on expanding client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth in Fort Atkinson and surrounding markets. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise in electronics manufacturing and contract assembly, along with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing sales team while navigating competitive market

  • ss.Collaborate closely with production and engineering teams to align sales proposals with ETI’s manufacturing capabilities, capacity, and timelin
  • es.Conduct market and competitor research (local and national) to refine pricing, service offerings, and value propositio
  • ns.Prepare sales forecasts, performance metrics, and reports for executive leadersh
  • ip.Lead, mentor, and develop sales team members to achieve departmental and organizational objectiv
  • es.Represent ETI at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote brand awareness and build strategic partnershi
  • ps.Manage and oversee the quoting process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with customer and company requiremen

  • ionsBachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree prefer
  • red.Minimum of 5 years’ experience in electronics manufacturing or industrial B2B sales, including contract assembly and PCB servi
  • ces.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive manufacturing environm
  • ent.Strong knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes, including PCB assembly, wire harnesses, and industrial box bui

  • lls.Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to support data-driven decision-mak
