Job Overview:
We are seeking an Office Manager/Bookkeeper for immediate hire who is highly organized, detailed oriented and quick learner to oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will assist the company owners and employees to ensure the smooth functioning of our office. Must have excellent customer service abilities, proficiency in managing office tasks efficiently and able to work independently. MUST HAVE MINIMUM OF 4 YEARS MANAGING OFFICE EXPERIENCE WITH ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE AND ACCOUNTS PAYABLE EXPERIENCE.
Duties Include:
Accounts receivable and payable
Maintain monthly and yearly financial records
Reconcile bank statements and credit card expenses
Prepare Income and Expense reports for accountant
Process monthly billing invoices and statements
Create and maintain customer files
Answer phones, help customers and direct calls
Monitor office supplies and order as necessary
Maintain and keep office space clean and organized
Oversee filing, data entry and document management
Provide exceptional customer support with a friendly demeanor and professional attitude
Salary : $22 - $26
