Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Review current platform design and execute a tactical approach to enhance coding standards, reusable components, and architectural patterns that support scalable development practices.Â
- Develop and maintain custom forms, workflows, and service catalog items in TeamDynamix.Â
- Build and manage integrations using TeamDynamix, iPaaS and RESTful APIs.Â
- Configure and optimize modules for ITSM, PPM, and ESM.Â
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to platform performance and functionality.Â
- Document development processes, configurations, and user guides.Â
- Partner closely with project managers and business analysts to understand customer needs and translate them into scalable, user-friendly technical solutions.Â
- Provide technical insight during project planning and execution to ensure alignment customer goals and expectations and development sizing and effort.Â
- Stay current with TeamDynamix updates and best practices
- Serve as a technical mentor to junior and entry-level developers, providing guidance on best practices in coding, debugging, and platform usage.Â
- Lead code reviews and pair programming sessions to improve code quality.Â
- Assist management in identifying skill gaps within the team and provide recommendations to build proficiency on TeamDynamix development, integration techniques, and platform capabilities.Â
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive development environment that encourages continuous learning and experimentation.Â
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to help junior developers grow into more advanced roles.Â
Required Skills & QualificationsÂ
- Experience with designing and implementing workflows within enterprise service management systems or customer relationship management (CRM) solutions to streamline operations and improve service delivery.Â
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and JSON/XML.Â
- Experience with RESTful APIs, webhooks, and middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Zapier, Azure Logic Apps).Â
- Familiarity with such as TeamDynamix, TDNext, TDAdmin, iPaaS tools, or custom integration frameworks.Â
- Understanding ITIL processes and service management principles.Â
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Â
- Demonstrated experience working with project managers and delivering customer-facing solutions.Â
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.Â
- Prior hands-on experience developing within the TeamDynamix platform.Â
- Experience designing dynamic forms, approval workflows, and process automation using tools like PowerApps, Nintex, or custom-built solutions.Â
- Knowledge of SQL and data reporting tools.Â
- Experience with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.Â
- Background in higher education or public sector IT environments.Â
