Program Manager - PCBA Manufacturing

Immediate Start

As a Program Manager, you’ll own customer programs from concept through delivery — ensuring quality, schedule, and budget targets are met. You’ll be the key link between our customers and internal teams, driving performance and ensuring every project meets the highest standards.

• Lead program planning and execution, ensuring all technical and contractual requirements are met
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams assigned to the programs
• Coordinate cross-functional teams — engineering, production, supply chain, and quality — to keep programs on track
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and risk plans
• Support proposal efforts and contract negotiations
• Track key performance metrics and lead corrective actions when needed
• Ensure compliance with AS9100, ITAR, and MIL-STD requirements
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, quality, and customer satisfaction

What You Bring

• 5 years of experience in program or project management within electronics manufacturing or defense/aerospace.
• Strong understanding of electronic assembly and manufacturing processes
• Proven success managing complex programs in highly regulated industries
• Familiarity with AS9100, ISO 9001, ITAR, and DFAR standards
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with ERP/MRP and project management tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s or PMP a plus)
• US Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident
