Onsite Position | M-F | Chatsworth, CA
ITAR Compliance Required - US Citizens or legal US Permanent Residents
Compensation: $34-$42/hr

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing the people side of HR with strong operational execution. You’ll work closely with our Director of People & Culture to support employees across the full employee lifecycle while helping ensure compliance, engagement, and a positive workplace environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support employees and managers with day-to-day HR guidance and support
- Help create a positive employee experience from onboarding through offboarding
- Assist with recruiting coordination, interview scheduling, and new hire orientation
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with California labor laws and company policies
- Support employee relations, leaves of absence, and workplace accommodations
- Partner with leadership on employee engagement and culture initiatives
- Assist with benefits administration, payroll support, and HR systems management
- Help develop and improve HR processes, policies, and internal communications
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive employee matters
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Strong working knowledge of California labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now is a plus
- Manufacturing industry experience is a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, HR Certification or equivalent work experience
- Must qualify as a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident) in accordance with ITAR requirements
