Qualifications
- Proficiency in using RF test equipment, including Spectrum Analyzers and Network Analyzers
- Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving RF communication equipment issues
- Experience with RF Test procedures and processes
- Ability to operate and calibrate various types of test equipment accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Motorola RF systems is highly preferred
- Associate degree in Electronics, Communications, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
