Electronic Security Services, Inc. (ESSI) is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and values working as part of a team in the Low-Voltage Industry: Security & Access Control.

Customer service and/or call dispatching experience preferred
Comfortable with Windows 10 , Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and database software
Strong attention to accuracy and detail
Organized and dependable with excellent time management skills
Ability to pass a background check
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and make customer calls with professionalism and care
Dispatch service calls and coordinate workflow between field personnel and customers
Manage inquiries, service requests, and follow-ups
Review, update, and maintain records, work orders, and databases
Handle correspondence, emails, and document preparation
Perform data entry, filing (digital and physical), and general office tasks
Keep work area organized and collaborate with other departments as needed
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (This is not a remote position)
30-minute lunch break

Education & Experience:
High school diploma (or equivalent) required
