About the Opportunity

We are looking for a highly organized, resourceful, and ambitious Executive Assistant to serve as a trusted right hand to a Founder and CEO. This is not a traditional administrative role. The ideal candidate will help manage both professional and personal priorities while playing a key role in business operations, project execution, marketing initiatives, and household management.

This position is designed for someone who wants more than a typical Executive Assistant role. Over time, the right candidate will grow into responsibilities that may include operations management, project leadership, strategic planning, and household management when the executive is traveling.

Whether you're an experienced Executive Assistant or a recent college graduate with strong entrepreneurial instincts, we are looking for someone who can learn quickly, take ownership, and consistently find ways to make life and business run more efficiently.

Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support
  • Manage calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate communications, follow-ups, and priority management
  • Prepare meeting agendas and track action items
  • Serve as a liaison with clients, vendors, and business partners
  • Handle confidential business and personal matters with discretion
Personal Assistance & Household Management
  • Run personal and business errands
  • Coordinate household vendors, maintenance, and service providers
  • Schedule appointments and manage personal logistics
  • Assist with travel planning and special projects
  • Oversee home operations while the executive is traveling
  • Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they arise
Project Management & Business Operations
  • Support planning and execution of company initiatives and special projects
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
  • Track project progress and ensure accountability
  • Assist with operational improvements and process development
  • Help manage vendors, contractors, and strategic partnerships
Marketing & Growth Initiatives
  • Assist with marketing campaign planning and execution
  • Coordinate social media content and scheduling
  • Support email marketing and customer communication initiatives
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis
  • Help organize launches, promotions, and growth campaigns
Technology & AI Integration
  • Utilize AI tools to improve productivity and efficiency
  • Research and implement automation opportunities
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and software platforms
  • Maintain digital systems and documentation
  • Assist with workflow optimization across business functions
QualificationsRequired
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and productivity tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and personal accountability
Preferred
  • Executive Assistant, Operations, Project Management, or Administrative experience
  • Digital marketing or social media experience
  • Familiarity with AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and related technologies
  • CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, etc.)
  • Startup, entrepreneurial, or small-business experience
  • Household management or personal assistant experience

Compensation & Growth

Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 depending on experience and demonstrated ability.
