Pay: $19.00 to $23.00/hour
About the Role
When a restaurant calls us, they’re in the middle of service—and they need help right now.
As a Technical Support Technician, you’ll be the first point of contact for restaurants using our TableTurn POS platform. You’ll handle live calls, answer “how-to” questions, troubleshoot issues, and guide staff through solutions—all while their business is running.
This is a high-impact, real-time support role where your ability to think quickly and communicate clearly makes a direct difference to our customers’ success.

What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound support calls from restaurant customers
- Provide real-time troubleshooting, how-to guidance, and workarounds
- Support TableTurn POS, payment terminals, and store hardware
- Use remote tools to diagnose and resolve issues quickly
- Drive first-call resolution whenever possible
- Document issues and resolutions in Zoho Desk
- Escalate complex issues with clear, detailed notes
- Help minimize downtime during busy restaurant hours
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years in technical support, help desk, or POS support
- Strong troubleshooting skills (hardware, software, networking)
- Ability to clearly guide users over the phone in real time
- Experience with remote tools (TeamViewer or similar)
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (Zoho Desk, Jira, etc.)
- Understanding of networking basics (Wi-Fi, routers, TCP/IP)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Calm, professional, and customer-focused mindset

Shift Availability (24/7 Support Team)
• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
• 3rd Shift: 12:00 AM – 7:30 AM
• Includes weekends & holidays
Shift differentials available for 2nd and 3rd shifts (based on experience and schedule)
