Job Summary:
Become the linchpin of our supply chain evolution! In this high-impact role, you'll drive process improvements that ensure seamless inventory management, strategic production scheduling, and exceptional customer support. You'll collaborate with customers, cross-functional teams, and suppliers to optimize delivery timelines, control costs, and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives during an exciting period of organizational growth and change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically analyze forecast fluctuations to proactively manage materials and production requirements, directly influencing company performance
- Execute sophisticated "what-if" scenarios that shape critical scheduling decisions and business strategy
- Orchestrate the perfect balance between customer demand and production capabilities
- Drive collaborative initiatives across teams to optimize inventory levels and minimize excess material costs
- Champion customer satisfaction by providing agile support for new and evolving orders
- Partner with the Master Scheduler to craft efficient production schedules and resolve complex order discrepancies
- Implement innovative inventory tracking systems and develop strategic action plans to optimize stock levels
- Lead component selection initiatives to enhance cost control and operational efficiency
- Guide product lifecycle transitions and new product launches with expert precision
- Serve as a key Supply Chain ambassador in high-stakes internal and external customer meetings
- Contribute valuable insights to sales forecasts and planning systems
- Provide crucial support to Buyers with strategic purchase order placement and maintenance
- Collaborate across departments to uphold exceptional quality standards and maximize customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field, preferred
- Strong understanding of supply chain planning, procurement, and inventory systems
- Experience with ERP systems
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of electronics purchasing and global supply chain practices
