What You'll Do:
As an Electronics Assembler, you'll play a crucial role in creating the electronic components that power critical technologies across multiple industries. You'll be responsible for the essential first steps of PCB (printed circuit board) assembly, including:
- Preparing and handling high-tech components and PCBs with precision
- Expertly placing components on bare or partially populated PCBs
- Contributing to the production of cutting-edge electronic systems used in aerospace, defense, healthcare, and more
- Working in a collaborative, quality-focused environment with state-of-the-art equipment
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 years of soldering certified experience preferred (but not required - we value enthusiasm to learn!)
- Eagerness to develop soldering skills if you're new to electronics manufacturing
- Ability to follow detailed instructions with precision
- Strong teamwork skills while also being comfortable working independently
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Outstanding eye-hand coordination for precise component placement
- Interest in learning and applying ISO quality processes
