What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Specialist position at Electronic Instrumentation & Technology, LLC?
Duties:
1.) Collection calls and resolution of disputes.
2.) Sending electronic and postal mail invoices daily to customers.
3.) Inputting vendor invoices and reconciling to receipts.
4.) Day to day accounting activities as needed and directed.
Essential Functions:
1.) Weekly calls to customers with outstanding balances.
2.) Resolves payment disputes
One or two years A/R collection or accounting experience is preferred. Experience with Excel and Microsoft Office programs. Knowledge of Epicor is a plus.
