Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide a first-class shopping experience.
- Guide customers through the sales process and identify their needs.
- Recommend products and solutions that fit the customer's needs and budget.
- Communicate the value of shopping with Electronic Express.
- Build sales by presenting products, financing, protection plans, and other available services.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales environment.
- Follow merchandising and inventory standards.
- Assist with cashiering, returns, customer financing, and other front-end responsibilities.
- Stay informed about current products, promotions, financing options, and company programs.
Requirements

Compensation
$11/Hour Base Commission | Average Commission: $850 Biweekly | Top Performers: $3,000 Biweekly
