ECS is seeking a Functional Analyst (Project Coordinator) to work in our Remote office. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.
This Functional Analyst role is full-time supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Information Technology (OIT) Veteran Experience Services Eligibility and Enrollment (VESEE) Product Line. This role supports modernization of Eligibility and Enrollment to build a seamless experience for Veterans, their families, and caregivers and contributes to improving VA employee and Veteran lives and working towards a larger mission. The Functional Analyst will support the Program Manager and other VESEE team members to manage project activities to deliver a modernized enrollment system that supports this seamless experience.

- Support the program management team in controlling project activities.
- Support the development of project plans, timelines, status reports, and updates to the Government and contractor team personnel to use in management and control of project activities.
- Support project forecasting and trend analysis.
- Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and metrics.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities and support risk mitigation efforts.
- Leverage metrics to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate and facilitate project meetings and stakeholder discussions.
- Manage meeting materials and capture action items.
- Support stakeholder engagement efforts to understand requirements and evolving priorities.
- Recommend improvements to project management workflows and documentation practices.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Minimum 4 years of experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic
- Demonstrated experience supporting project planning and execution
- Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative, results-driven environment
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
Desired Skills
- Experience working with VA and/or other federal agencies
- Experience with IT project management
- Experience with Jira and/or other project management tools
- PMP certification
Salary : $50,000 - $57,000
