Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed analyses of ARNG CIO/G6 policies and directives to evaluate enterprise impact.
- Develop and maintain Comment Resolution Matrices (CRMs) and gap analyses to support ETMS2 taskers.
- Perform policy crosswalks to ensure compliance with DoD and Federal guidelines.
- Evaluate governance structures and performance metrics to identify policy gaps.
- Recommend corrective actions to enhance policy compliance and program alignment.
- Provide executive-level written recommendations suitable for O6 and above review.
- Support senior-level staffing actions within established deadlines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure policy recommendations align with strategic objectives.

- S. Citizenship required
- DoD 8140.03 Compliance: DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role 722-Information Systems Security Manager at the Intermediate proficiency level
- Certifications (one or more required): CGRC, CASP, CISM, CISSP ASSOCIATE, CCISO
- Education: BS degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or Software Engineering.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in enterprise-level policy analysis within DoD or Federal environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in analyzing CIO/G6 policies and statutory authorities.
- Proven experience in developing CRMs, gap analyses, and policy crosswalks.
- Experience supporting ETMS2 taskers and senior-level staffing actions.
- Ability to produce executive-level analytical products within established timelines.

- Experience with ARNG or similar military environments.
- Advanced degree in a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of DoD directives and NGB guidance.
- Familiarity with enterprise IT governance frameworks.
