What you’ll do
- Provide exceptional technical support to users via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Troubleshoot software issues and assist with installations, updates, and configurations.
- Manage computer hardware and ensure optimal performance of desktops and laptops.
- Administer Microsoft Office applications and assist users with any related queries.
- Support computer networking tasks, including VPN setup, firewall configurations, and TCP/IP troubleshooting.
- Utilize tools like SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) and Active Directory for system management.
- Collaborate with team members on IT projects while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
Basic qualifications
- Strong understanding of operating systems including Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile devices.
- Proficient in computer management techniques and desktop support best practices.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with network administration concepts such as DNS (Domain Name System), LAN (Local Area Network), and Meraki systems.
- Familiarity with analysis skills to diagnose problems accurately and efficiently.
