Key Responsibilities:
- Load/unload raw materials and finished products
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Prepare raw materials for manufacturing IE: sawing, sanding, buffing, grinding, etc..
- Perform finishing procedures on products IE: Deburring, cleaning, buffing, polishing, sanding, tumble deburr, assembly, hardware installation, etc..
- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and company policies
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and team projects
This is a NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY position.
