Main responsibility will be providing field service for Ricoh high volume production monochrome and color multi-functional products in the Binghamton area.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Able to work effectively with customers
- Electronics training & strong electro-mechanical ability
- Reliable transportation for business use
- Desire to work independently and responsibly
- Field service experience in the office equipment industry
- Lanier/Ricoh training and printer experience preferred
- Basic computer skills, A or Network is even better
