What You'll Do:
As a vital member of our team, you'll handle multiple tasks related to managing accounts receivable for veterinary clinics. Your role will involve:
- Managing recurring billing while providing personalized support and solutions for pet owners.
- Demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and strong communication skills during sensitive conversations.
- Helping pet owners navigate payment options while maintaining positive and respectful relationships.
- Collaborating with banking and credit institutions to help streamline payment processes.
- Working closely with our veterinary clinic partners to resolve account concerns efficiently and professionally.
Our Ideal Candidate:
We're searching for someone who brings empathy, professionalism, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude to every interaction. We are looking for someone who has:
- Exceptional communication skills, both over the phone and in writing.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in all MS Office applications.
- A basic understanding of contractual and financial procedures.
- Fluent in Spanish preferred, but not required
