Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry Level Screen Printer. In this role, you will work closely with our experienced printing team to produce custom designs on apparel and other products. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the printing industry.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Set up and adjust screens on printing press
- Load garments onto the press quickly and correctly to ensure an efficient print throughout the job.
- Lay out garments per manager instruction to be printed
- Acting as a final quality control for all printed material as it comes out of the drier. Notifying print team of any discrepancies between art proof and final product.
- Clean and maintain equipment and work area.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times.
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of screen printing processes is a plus but not required as this is an entry level position.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work efficiently in a variety of temperature conditions based on the season.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

Schedule (35-40 hour work week):
- Monday - Thursday (6am-3:30pm)
- Friday - Off most of the year - certain times of the year we may work Friday to ensure large jobs are complete.
