Electronauts LLC is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator / Shipping & Receiving Specialist to join our warehouse and operations team. This role is critical to ensuring materials and products move efficiently through our facility and to our customers around the world.

What You'll Do
As a Forklift Operator / Shipping & Receiving Specialist, you will be responsible for the accurate receipt, storage, movement, and shipment of materials throughout our facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a stand-up forklift, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Receive incoming shipments and verify materials against packing slips and purchase orders.
- Inspect incoming materials for damage, shortages, or discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records within our ERP system.
- Label and organize incoming materials according to warehouse location standards.
- Generate shipping labels using carrier software and ERP systems.
- Prepare, package, and process outbound customer shipments.
- Pick and pack sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Transport materials between receiving, inventory storage, staging, and production areas.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counting activities.
- Open, unpack, and properly store materials from crates, boxes, and containers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Follow all warehouse, safety, and 5S workplace organization standards.
- Support continuous improvement efforts and perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics operations.
- Ability to safely operate a forklift in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Experience using inventory, ERP, or warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the day.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-first attitude.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years of forklift experience.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with ERP inventory systems.
- Knowledge of shipping carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and freight providers.
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain certification).
Physical Requirements
- Frequently stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely operate material handling equipment.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing and warehouse environment.
