All about the role: In your role as Sell Out Specialist your responsibility is to collaborate with our electrical retail partners to drive sell out of white goods, small appliances, vacuum cleaners, and accessories through our partners stores. Your goal is to maximize our sales to the end consumer through the stores in your district. You achieve this by ensuring a high level of knowledge about our products and their functions. Through your training sessions and education, you highlight Electrolux products in the form of store placement, events, and marketing and sales materials. You create value through your high availability and good relationships with store managers, department heads, and salespeople. Good customer relationships and building trust are of utmost importance. You need to understand customers' needs and be able to offer solutions that adds value. As Sell Out Specialist, you need to take own initiative and act independently. You plan and conduct customer visits and training sessions effectively. The role also includes: Holding inspiring training sessions and presentations. Motivating and training store staff. Analyzing situations and planning your work proactively. Contributing to continuous improvements and changes and understanding business contexts. Reporting back and communicating internally. Availability and presence for your customers are of absolute importance. As Sell Out Specialist you are out in your district Monday to Friday. Sometimes you work irregular hours. Who you are: You have great drive, wonderful charisma, and you love personal meetings. Goal and result-oriented – You drive both yourself and the business forward. We prefer that you have experience in sales within concept, service, and product sales. Knowledge from our industry. You are used to communicating and presenting in front of groups. We prefer that you have experience in sales in stores. You have experience in a traveling position. Financial awareness and experienced PC user within Word and PowerPoint.
