You will be based in our Fletcher, NC location. This shift will start at 5:00 am and end 2:30 pm Monday-Friday. This role supports the production line and will follow productions needs.

Your main tasks:

• Ensure PIT Operators prioritize orders being loaded to stations based off schedule and priority list.
• Ensure Packaging Associates prioritize orders being packed based off schedule and priority list.
• Bunt work orders to appropriate workstation, so finished product can be stocked.
• Move damaged or leftover parts to appropriate damaged and/or RTS locations, both physically and in the system.
• Collaborate with the inventory department for shortages or any other inventory issues.
• Ensure work orders and production sheets are complete and filled out correctly.
• Hold daily team meeting to communicate daily goals and calendars.
• Assist packaging associates with issues that impact assigned area, including set-up.
• Execute daily 5S activities to ensure a clean and safe work environment
• Conduct yourself in a professional manner that reflects the principles of Team Ship
• Escalate any issues that impact our operation to the Team Lead
• Support EMS activities by completing additional tasks assigned to you by your Team Lead
• Perform all work, tasks, projects, or duties assigned to you by your Team Lead and/or Supervisor in a timely manner and with an acceptable level of quality
  
  

Qualifications:

• Ability to read stats & compare numbers on workorders
• Basic math skills
• Basic computer skills
• Must be able and available to work from 5AM to 12AM (depending on assigned shift), including weekends/over time
• Must be a team player, flexible, and motivated
• Must have the initiative and discipline to work with limited supervision
• Must wear all applicable PPE as required at all times
  
  

Physical Demands:

• Should be able to team lift any package greater than 35 lbs. but less than 71 lbs.
• Should be able to handle repetitive twisting, lifting, pulling, pushing, reaching, and bending
• Must be able to spend long periods of time on your feet
