Outdoor Gluing Automation Tech-Operator 1-1st Shift

You will be based in our Springfield, TN. The shift will start at 4 :00 am and end at 2:30 pm. This role supports the production line and will follow production needs with overtime as needed.

Your main tasks:

• Safely operates a variety of automatic equipment and monitors processes to assure proper application of materials.
• Functions as a team member and contributes to departmental production and quality goals.
• Performs troubleshooting processes and minor preventative maintenance on machines in accordance with operator’s procedures and checklists.
• Verify parts are in compliance with quality standards as outlined in operating procedures.
• Must complete job specific training within 90 days or disqualification will result.
• Demonstrate ability to interact with HMI (Human Machine Interface)
• Demonstrate and perform all tasks in accordance with Operating Procedures and Checklists
• Ability to Identify parts that do not meet standard.
• Must demonstrate the ability to keep up with production rates
• Communicate all equipment issues that may hinder production and/or quality
  
  

Qualifications:

• Must have Math Level 1
• Able to bend, stoop, grip, reach and lift up to 40 lbs. on a repetitive basis.
• Able to stand for the majority of the shift.
• Able to read and write English
  
  

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Must be able to lift packages 35 lbs. or less on a consistent basis
• Should be able to team lift any package greater than 35 lbs. but less than 71 lbs.
• Should be able to handle repetitive twisting, lifting, pulling, pushing, reaching, and bending
• Must be able to spend long periods of time on your feet
