Responsibilities
- Program, set up, and operate 3-axis and 5-axis CNC milling machines
- Manufacture precision parts to engineering drawings and tight tolerances
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Select tooling and optimize machining processes for quality and efficiency
- Inspect parts and ensure they meet quality standards
- Troubleshoot machining issues and collaborate with programmers, toolmakers, and quality inspectors
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Qualifications
- 3 years of CNC milling experience
- Experience programming and operating CNC mills
- Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings
- Experience with Mastercam, HAAS, Fanuc, or Okuma controls is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Team-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
