Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Final Inspector to join our manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will ensure that every product leaving the production line meets the highest quality standards and regulatory requirements. Your keen eye for detail, mechanical knowledge, and expertise in quality assurance will help maintain our reputation for excellence.
Duties
· Check parts or processes for conformity to drawing or specifications and document results of inspection, as necessary.
· Inspection procedures standardized and allowable variations prescribed.
· Devise ordinary gauging or measuring setups or make adaptations to inspection equipment of fixtures.
· Responsible for stopping production and notifying Supervisor in case of excessive defects.
· Use precision measuring instruments, micrometers, gauge blocks, vernier caliper, meter indicators and assist in maintaining the proper calibration of such measuring device.
Experience
· Three to five years’ experience in electronics inspection and quality control.
· Knowledge and ability to read and interpret product and part drawings, required.
· Knowledge of manufacturing processes including machining, stamping, molding, and assembly, required.
· Knowledge and efficient use of MS Office and ERP software, required
