Responsibilities
What You’ll Bring
- Enterprise Sales Mastery – Demonstrated success managing large-scale, complex deals with top Aerospace & Defense organizations and DOD contractors.
- Strategic Account Expertise – Ability to cultivate, expand, and retain executive-level relationships across engineering, program management, and operations.
- Value-Based Selling Skills – Proven track record in navigating long, complex sales cycles with a consultative, solutions-first approach.
- Industry Network – Established relationships within Tier 1 primes and across the DOD ecosystem.
- Sales Discipline – Strong CRM fluency (Salesforce preferred), forecast accuracy, and pipeline development.
- Flexibility & Drive – Willingness to travel extensively (50% ) and thrive in high-stakes, results-driven environments.
- Experience with test & measurement equipment, rental solutions, or technical services.
- Knowledge of aerospace & defense procurement processes, FAR/DFARS compliance, or government contracting environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a technical field.
- Revenue and bookings growth across your assigned portfolio.
- Pipeline health and the creation of new opportunities.
- Account retention, expansion, and customer satisfaction.
- Impactful face-to-face engagements and stakeholder alignment.
- Accuracy in forecasting and CRM excellence.
