Overview:
We are seeking a strategic, collaborative, and results-driven Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to align business objectives with employees and management across designated departments or business units. This role serves as a partner to management on human resource-related issues, acting as an employee champion and change agent. The HRBP assesses and anticipates HR-related needs and delivers value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies and processes/policies that support business goals.
- Provide guidance and input on workforce planning, succession planning, organizational development, and talent management.
- Coach managers on employee relations issues, performance management, and career development.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and drive proactive solutions and develop data-driven people strategies
- Support change management initiatives and organizational design efforts.
- Collaborate with centers of excellence (e.g., Compensation, Benefits, Talent Acquisition) to ensure consistent execution of HR programs.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and company policies
- Lead or contribute to HR projects and initiatives as needed (e.g., engagement surveys, policy development).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s or HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
- 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partner or HR generalist role supporting business leaders.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, State and Federal labor laws, and regulations.
- Proven experience in influencing and building trust-based relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage conflict, navigate ambiguity, and drive organizational change.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
