Role Description
We are hiring a Senior Project Manager for a full-time, on-site position at our Magnolia, TX location. The Senior Project Manager will oversee all aspects of project execution, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Responsibilities include expediting project timelines, managing inspections, organizing logistics, and ensuring adherence to client specifications and quality standards throughout each project phase. The role also requires continuous monitoring and reporting to stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Project Management, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience in Expediting and Expeditor tasks, ensuring timely completion of project milestones.
- Proficiency in inspection processes to evaluate product quality and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Define project scope and objectives and ensure project deliverables align with company and client goals
- Identify potential risks, proactively addressing bottlenecks and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
- Facilitate and lead project meetings.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects in industrial sectors such as oilfield, telecommunication, or similar industries.
- Finalize deliverables, documenting processes and ensuring client satisfaction.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management or 7 (seven) plus years experience in managing projects in a manufacturing environment
- PMP Certification a plus
- Sage 50 experience a plus
