Evening Shift: Advanced Production Specialist

This role follows a standard 5-day work week on the evening shift. New hires will work day shift for the first 30 days as part of our comprehensive training and onboarding program. This period is designed to ensure familiarity with job responsibilities, safety procedures, and team operations. After the initial 30 days, employees will transition to their permanent evening schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Use forklifts to move materials when needed.
• Help ensure all products meet our high-quality standards.
• Keep your workspace clean and organized to promote a positive work environment.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe and supportive workplace.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus.
• Comfortable using power tools and hand tools.
• Forklift experience is great, but we’re happy to provide training if needed!
• Keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining quality.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude toward challenges.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
