We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This position involves conducting inspections, performing audits, and utilizing various quality assurance techniques to maintain product integrity throughout the manufacturing process.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments and vision inspection systems to assess product specifications and tolerances.
- Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records of quality control activities.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers) and vision inspection systems.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills to identify defects or non-conformities effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong communication skills for effective reporting and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- ISO9001:2015 or AS9100, is a plus
- Working in machine shop environments is preferred.
- Speaks, Reads, & Writes English
Physical Requirements:
- Standing, Walking, Sitting, for prolonged periods of time
- Lift up to 50ls
- Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment with noise, dust, chemicals, and machinery.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
