Client Experience Representative - Home Services

Electrify My Home is a family-operated, rapidly growing Bay Area company specializing in home electrification through heat pump HVAC systems, heat pump water heaters, electrical panel upgrades, battery storage, and whole-home energy solutions. 

We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused Client Experience Representative to serve at the central hub of our office operations.

This is far more than a receptionist or administrative position. You'll be the first impression for clients, coordinate schedules between customers and field teams, proactively follow up on sales opportunities, and help ensure every project moves smoothly from the first phone call through installation. This position offers excellent earning potential through our performance-based spiff program, rewarding individuals who consistently contribute to company growth.

$50,000 - $75,000 yearly

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients, providing a warm, professional, and knowledgeable customer experience.

• Answer inbound calls while effectively managing multiple priorities throughout the day.

• Conduct high-volume outbound follow-up calls with new leads, existing customers, and past clients.

• Build strong client relationships through consistent communication and exceptional customer service.

• Schedule sales consultations, service appointments, and installation projects.

• Coordinate technician and installer schedules, managing dispatch and adjusting for last-minute schedule changes.

• Maintain accurate customer records within our CRM and field service management software.

• Track and achieve key performance metrics, including outbound call activity, lead follow-up, appointment conversion, and dispatch efficiency.

• Work closely with the sales, operations, and installation teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

• Friendly, outgoing personality with exceptional phone and communication skills.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.

• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and strong time-management skills.

• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems.

• Experience with Service Fusion or similar CRM/field service management software is preferred.

• Previous experience in HVAC, home services, electrification, construction, or solar is a plus.

• Prior experience in customer service, dispatching, inside sales, or a call center environment is highly desirable.
