Position Overview
HVAC Comfort Advisor to help homeowners find the right heating and cooling solutions for their needs. In this role, you will meet with customers in their homes, assess their comfort goals, recommend customized HVAC solutions, and guide them through the replacement or upgrade process from consultation to installation.
The ideal candidate is a skilled HVAC sales professional who excels at building trust, identifying customer needs, and delivering solutions that provide lasting value. You are a confident communicator, a thoughtful consultant, and a motivated closer who thrives in a customer-focused environment with a same day close success rate.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to evaluate HVAC replacement and upgrade opportunities
- Design and recommend HVAC systems, equipment upgrades, and indoor air quality solutions
- Present professional proposals and explain financing options
- Build strong customer relationships through a consultative sales approach
- Guide customers from initial appointment through completed sale
- Follow up with customers and maintain communication throughout the sales process
- Partner with installation and operations teams to ensure successful project completion
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation in Service Titan
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals and performance targets
- Represent Watts with professionalism, integrity, and excellent customer service
Qualifications
·Minimum 5 years of HVAC sales or in-home sales experience required
- Proven success by closing high-ticket sales
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to sell through a consultative approach rather than high-pressure tactics
- HVAC knowledge or strong mechanical aptitude preferred
- Experience with Service Titan is a plus
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
