We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Permitting Coordinator to join our team. This position is responsible for preparing, submitting, tracking, and coordinating permits to help keep projects moving on schedule.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Levelset is preferred, but candidates with strong permitting or construction administrative experience are encouraged to apply.
We are hiring for both part-time and full-time positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, submit, and track permit applications for multiple operating companies.
- Coordinate with local jurisdictions, utility companies, inspectors, and internal project teams.
- Monitor permit status and follow up to ensure timely approvals.
- Maintain accurate permit records and project documentation.
- Work closely with project managers to identify permitting requirements and deadlines.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Oversee permitting processes related to construction or operational compliance, including document preparation, submission tracking, and follow-up with regulatory agencies. Submission of NTO's (preliminary notices) through LevelSet.
- Communicate permit status and updates with internal teams.
- Assist with obtaining inspections, approvals, and related documentation as needed.
- Maintain organized electronic records and filing systems.
Requirements
- Experience with construction permitting, project coordination, or construction administration preferred.
- Experience with Levelset preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple departments.

Schedule
- Part-time and full-time opportunities available.
- Monday–Friday with flexible scheduling based on position.
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
