Job Summary
The AV-Media Manager will assist the electrical training ALLIANCE (ALLIANCE) staff and external clients in promoting the work of the ALLIANCE by creating high quality, educational, engaging content for use in various digital and social platforms. The AV-Media Manager will manage and oversee video pre-production planning, post-production editing, and on-site audio-visual needs.

How to be successful in this role:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Film and Video Studies, Media Arts, or Video Production, preferred or a combination of a High School Diploma or GED and relevant experience.
- Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in Video Production, multimedia, broadcasting, streaming, or other AV environments.
- Demonstrated competence with video conference and broadcasting systems. Understanding of AV technologies and IT systems on a technical level. Proficient in set lighting, audio configuration, postproduction techniques and technologies, and eLearning technologies. Working knowledge of Multi-Camera Production Systems.
- Proficient with standard computer systems and applicable software including, but not limited to: Microsoft Office 365, Office Suite Software applications, and Adobe Creativity & Design.
- Proficient with video, audio, and photo editing software including, but not limited to: Adobe Premiere Pro, Apple Final Cut Pro X, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Audition, and Avid Media Composer. Awareness of the latest trends, hardware, and features in AV equipment.
Base hours are 8:45am-4:45pm EST, Monday-Friday. This is a hybrid opportunity with regularly scheduled hours in the office. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. The organization does not sponsor employment visas. Position is not eligible for relocation.
This role may involve work beyond regular hours. Work is typically conducted in a standard office environment and will require regular travel. Requires extensive computer work with prolonged sitting.

For eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $33.44 –$40.13 per hour. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity.

Salary : $33 - $40
