What You'll Be Doing
- Completing residential electrical safety inspections and reports
- Diagnosing electrical issues and recommending clear solutions
- Walking homeowners through customized options in plain language
- Installing and servicing residential electrical systems
- Using our software to price jobs and collect payments
- Staying in sync with the office so the workflow stays on track
- Keeping your work truck clean and organized
Who We're Looking For
You're driven. You want to be challenged, not coast. You take pride in the work and you want a place where doing more actually means earning more.
Beyond that:
- Licensed residential electrician, or actively working toward your license
- Minimum 2 years of electrical experience (4 to 5 preferred)
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR
- Comfortable using mobile devices and apps on the job
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to pass a background check and drug test (drug test occurs after 90 days)
- Living within 30 minutes of Topeka, or willing to relocate within one year
