Stocker

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Stocker to join our team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining organized inventory, stocking shelves, and ensuring the efficient flow of products. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with various warehouse tools and equipment. Bilingual abilities and experience with retail or grocery store operations are a plus, enabling better communication with diverse team members and customers.

Duties

• Manage inventory levels using inventory management systems and RF scanners
• Load and unload shipments utilizing pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment
• Stock shelves and organize products according to merchandising standards
• Perform shipping and receiving tasks to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse, including routine maintenance and cleaning
• Assist with packing, packaging, and preparing products for shipment or display
• Support retail sales activities by replenishing stock and providing excellent customer service when needed
• Conduct inventory control checks to prevent stock discrepancies
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
• Communicate effectively with team members in multiple languages if applicable

Experience

• Previous warehouse experience preferred, including familiarity with inventory control, shipping & receiving, or retail operations
• Experience operating RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse machinery is highly desirable
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage stock levels accurately
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during shifts
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish or other languages) are advantageous for effective communication within diverse teams
• Excellent communication skills coupled with good retail math knowledge for accurate stock management and sales transactions
• Prior experience in grocery stores or retail environments involving stocking, merchandising, or customer service is beneficial

Pay: $21.05 - $25.35 per hour
