Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate lighting crews on commercial lighting projects.
Ensure installations meet all applicable electrical codes, plans, and specifications.
Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform diagnostics if needed.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to details.
Plan daily work activities and maintain project schedules.
Promote a safe jobsite and enforce company safety policies.
Maintain tools and equipment in safe working conditions.
Train, mentor, and develop electricians and apprentices.
Inspect completed work to maintain quality standards.
Pay: $1,000.00 per week
