Lead Electrician

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Electrician at Electrical Continuous Improvement in Ontario, CA. At ECI we work year around no slow times. We mostly work in Ontario or 20 mile radius. We do about 10 percent travel throughout the year. The Lead Electrician will be responsible for overseeing electrical projects, managing a team of electricians, and ensuring the safe and efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an electrician
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of electrical codes and regulations
• Ability to manage and supervise a team
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Valid electrician license or certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional certification or training in electrical systems is a plus
