Industrial Maintenance Technician – Night Shift
Location: Hiram, Ohio
Pay: $32.00–$37.50 per hour
Schedule: 2-2-3 Rotating Night Shift

Job Description
EAS Direct Hire is recruiting Industrial Maintenance Technicians for an established manufacturing facility in Hiram, Ohio.
We're looking for hands-on maintenance professionals who enjoy troubleshooting equipment, identifying problems, and keeping production machinery running.
If you have experience working on industrial machinery in food production, packaging, plastics, automotive, or another manufacturing environment, we'd like to hear from you.
You don't need to come from food manufacturing specifically. We're interested in your actual maintenance and troubleshooting experience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial production equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic problems.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Read and interpret equipment schematics and technical drawings.
- Identify equipment failures and help prevent recurring breakdowns.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records.
- Work with production teams to minimize equipment downtime.
- Follow plant safety and food manufacturing procedures.
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing production machinery.
- Basic understanding of industrial electrical and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic schematics.
- Experience with industrial welding, including MIG, TIG, or stick.
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot equipment problems.
- Willingness to work a rotating night-shift schedule.
Additional Experience We'd Like to See
- PLC troubleshooting or input/output diagnostics.
- Experience with motors, sensors, motor controls, or VFDs.
- Automated packaging or production equipment.
- Experience in food, beverage, plastics, automotive, or similar manufacturing environments.
- Technical training or an associate degree.
Schedule & Compensation
$32.00–$37.50 per hour, depending on qualifications.
Night-shift 2-2-3 rotating schedule, providing every other weekend off.
The role is based on-site in Hiram, Ohio.
