We’re Looking for Mechanical Troubleshooters
We’re looking for maintenance technicians who enjoy diagnosing equipment problems and fixing them—not just replacing parts.
This facility is very different from a typical manufacturing plant. Instead of conveyor systems and packaging equipment, you’ll spend most of your time working on industrial pumps, motors, rotating equipment, valves, piping systems, and process equipment.
If you’re mechanically strong, can troubleshoot equipment independently, and like solving problems, we want to talk to you.
Electrical experience is a plus, but it is NOT required.
What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot mechanical equipment failures
- Repair industrial pumps, motors, gearboxes, bearings, seals, couplings, and rotating equipment
- Diagnose hydraulic and pneumatic issues
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance
- Respond to equipment breakdowns
- Install and repair plant equipment
- Complete work orders in the CMMS
- Work safely while minimizing downtime
- Work closely with production to keep the plant running
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment independently
- Experience with pumps, motors, bearings, gearboxes, seals, valves, piping, or rotating equipment
- Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and equipment manuals
- Good problem-solving skills
- Reliable and self-motivated
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Basic electrical troubleshooting
- Motor controls
- PLC troubleshooting
- VFD troubleshooting
- CMMS experience
- Food manufacturing experience
No PLC programming required.
Salary : $34 - $37
