Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lighting Quote Specialist based in Los Angeles, CA. The specialist will be responsible for preparing, managing, and following up on quotations for lighting fixtures, lighting controls, and related products. The role involves coordinating with vendors and customers, ensuring accurate pricing, verifying product availability, and providing delivery information when needed. Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to understand lighting specifications are essential.
Qualifications
- Experience preparing and managing quotations for lighting fixtures, lighting controls, and related lighting products
- Familiarity with major lighting manufacturers (e.g., Lutron, Cooper, Leviton, Lithonia, etc.) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to read lighting schedules, specifications, and basic construction drawings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and other quotation tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
