Position Overview:
The Administrative Assistant/Project Support role reports to the Office Manager. This position provides front office administrative coordination and project support within a fast-paced electrical contracting environment. This position serves as a point of contact for internal staff, customers, and vendors while supporting project managers with documentation, compliance tracking, and closeout processes.
This role requires strong organizational capability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Receptionist duties including daily phone answering/call directing and messages
- Perform general administrative tasks as assigned by Office Manager and leadership
- Perform accurate data entry and document management
- Filing/Record Organization
- Accounts Receivable
- Process W9’s, Request for Taxpayer Identification Numbers and Certificates Of Insurance (COIs)
- Maintain inventory for office supplies
- Assist Project Managers with project documents, closeout documents, project submittals and coordination drawings
- Prepare panel schedules and labels as directed
Qualifications:
Education: High School diploma required. AA degree desired. Related technical experience may be considered in lieu of education.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of administrative or project support experience preferred. Experience in construction or electrical contracting environments is desirable.

Hours: Part-time, 20-25 hours per week
Schedule: Afternoon hours, shift ends at 4:30pm
Pay: $18-$22/hour
