Responsibilities
- Perform electric vehicle (EV) conversions on vehicles, including powertrain swaps, battery integration, and custom electronics.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair EV systems, including motors, controllers, and battery management systems.
- Stay up-to-date with EV technology, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive engineering or EV conversions.
- Strong knowledge of EV powertrains, electronics, and diagnostics.
- Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Fabrication and welding skills are a plus.
- CAD skills are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment.
