Electric Service Pros is searching for a candidate for our quickly growing electrical contracting company based in Bethlehem, NC. We install, repair, and service a wide range of customers, including residential, commercial, industrial, medical, restaurant, and government facilities. Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Electrician Assistant to join our team. This entry-level position will work directly with a crew leader to assist in electrical installations, repairs, and service work. No prior experience is required, but a strong willingness to learn the trade is essential. This position will primarily work in commercial and industrial environments, but will cross train in all fields.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: $15–$18 per hour, based on experience and performance
- Overtime: Time-and-a-half
- Performance-Based Raises: Opportunities for quick hourly increases based on performance.
- Benefits: PTO available after 90 days. Electrical code and safety training opportunities provided
Responsibilities
- Assist crew leader with electrical installations, repairs, and service work
- Handle materials and prepare job sites
- Maintain clean and safe work areas
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Support troubleshooting and testing tasks
Requirements
- Valid state driver’s license
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Own basic hand tools
- Strong willingness to learn the trade
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in various conditions
- Good communication and teamwork skills

- Hours: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
