Role Overview:

As a Paid Media Associate at Electric Orange, you’ll play a key role in supporting the execution and analysis of paid media campaigns across Paid Social and Paid Search. You’re detail-oriented, curious, and eager to grow your skills in digital advertising. This role is ideal for someone who’s comfortable working with data, enjoys problem-solving, and is ready to contribute to building high-performing campaigns alongside a collaborative team.

Qualifications:

• 0–2 years of experience in Paid Media (internships, coursework, or relevant exposure welcome)
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads (formal experience a plus)
• Interest in E-commerce and digital marketing, especially DTC brands
• Eager to learn how to manage and optimize campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, and more
• Strong attention to detail with a natural sense for QAing campaigns and spotting issues
• Comfortable working with data and curious about how metrics drive performance
• Proactive communicator with a collaborative mindset
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines
• Enthusiastic about creative testing and learning what makes scroll-stopping ads
• Willingness to support senior team members and grow within a fast-paced, high-performing environment
• Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar tools is a plus
• Self-starter with a growth mindset and desire to build a career in performance marketing

Responsibilities:

• Support the setup, QA, and launch of Paid Media campaigns across platforms like Meta and Google
• Assist with day-to-day campaign management, including monitoring pacing, budgets, and performance trends
• Help prepare reports and dashboards, pulling key metrics to support client updates and internal reviews
• Conduct initial performance analyses to identify optimizations or flag areas for deeper review
• Collaborate with Specialists and Managers to ensure campaigns align with client goals and strategic direction
• Participate in internal meetings and occasionally join client calls to take notes and assist with follow-ups
• Conduct keyword research, audience building, and ad copy staging under guidance from senior team members
• Perform QA checks on creative assets, tracking setups, and campaign configurations to ensure flawless execution
• Stay up to date on platform changes and best practices to help support campaign improvements
• Help document learnings and organize insights for cross-team knowledge sharing
• Support the Paid Media team on ad-hoc projects, campaign testing, and process improvements
• Maintain organized workflows and task tracking to ensure timely execution
