- Assist with permanent jewelry appointments and pop-up events
- Help clients choose chains, charms, and sizing
- Provide a welcoming, upbeat customer experience
- Keep workspace clean, organized, and stocked
- Support with setup breakdown at events
Requirements:
- Prior customer service or retail experience (required)
- Outgoing and comfortable talking to new people
- Strong attention to detail
- Good vision (this role involves very fine, detailed work)
- Dependable and punctual
- Open availability on Saturdays & Sundays (required)
- Flexible availability outside of weekends as needed
