We are seeking a skilled Butcher who is proficient at breaking down fish, meat, and game. This is a full-time position requiring the ability to work AM shifts.

Desired candidates will have:
- 2 years’ experience as a butcher in a busy metropolitan restaurant
- Experience with prime cuts of meat, fish, and game
- The ability to work cleanly and efficiently while following FIFO and DOH cleaning standards
- Strong communication skills and confidence to communicate needs or ideas to Chefs
- Basic math skills as it pertains to portioning and waste management
- Ability to multitask while maintaining quality standards
- Full-time availability for AM shifts
